Scholarship
A number of scholarships are available to support students in attending the ISTM 2026 conference.
Eligibility
To be considered for the ISTM 2026 conference scholarship, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:
- Student Status: Applicants must be enrolled as students with valid proof of student status, such as a student ID card or an official letter of enrollment/status from their university.
- Abstract Submission: Applicants must submit an abstract as a presenting author by the deadline of
15 October 202515 November 2025. In the abstract submission form, please select the option indicating that you would like to be considered for a scholarship. - Conference Registration: Applicants must be registered for the ISTM 2026 conference by the deadline of
15 December 202531 December 202515 January 2026. - Evaluation: Applications will be reviewed by the scholarship committee on a continuous basis, and awards will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Applicants are encouraged to apply early.
Scholarship Award
Scholarships are intended to help offset the cost of travel, accommodation, and registration. A fixed amount of support will be given to selected recipients after the conference, following confirmation of attendance and participation. The amount depends on the location of each attendee’s affiliation.
- Overseas attendees: up to USD 1,000
- Thai attendees: up to THB 10,000 (from outside Bangkok), THB 3,500 (from Bangkok)
