ISTM Conference Menu

For Abstract Submission

Participants are encouraged to share their latest research and findings at ISTM 2026. The standard presentation format will be posters, with a selected number of submissions invited for oral presentations. Participants also have an option to publish short reports of their accepted work in the online conference proceedings.

Participants who wish to present their work should submit an abstract for scientific review via the abstract submission portal before 15 September 2025. The abstract should describe a new original scientific investigation, including the aspects of clinical medicine and public health. Submission of an abstract implies that the presenting author has the consent of all authors who contribute to the work.

Scholarships are available for both local and foreign students, who are going to present their work at the meeting. Applicants can express their interest in being considered for the scholarship at the abstract submission stage.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and authors shall be informed of the outcome before 15 October 2025. The presenting author must be registered for ISTM 2026 for the acceptance of their abstract to be confirmed. The reviewing process is confidential and decisions on the acceptance of abstracts and scholarships are final.
